My cooking classes are intended to help change the mentality of those that think good food is hard to make. Because people may be intimidated by either certain ingredients and/or cooking methods, my goal is to encourage people to take a chance and try something new!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Most classes are about two to two and a half hours long. There is a different food theme for each class. Classes are very hands-on which allows for real learning. For example, I do not show you how to make a five spice port glaze, you make it, so that you remember. Included with the classes are: recipe cards for all foods made, and a three to four course meal including an appetizer, main meal, and dessert unless otherwise noted.
PRICE:
Price is determined based on the size of the class, ingredients requested, and my service fee. If you would like cooking classes held at your own home or for any other questions, please contact me.
Private dinners can range from a cocktail party to a multi-course tasting menu. The size of the venue is determined by you. Servers and Bartenders are available upon request.

Pig roasts are the perfect choice for any summertime event or party.
Price will be determined by: 1.) the size of the pig, 2.) the ingredients and time needed to prepare the pig, 3.) the charcoal needed to roast the pig, 4.) the $100 rental fee for the pig box, and 5.) the transportation fee of the box ($0.48/mile).
In addition to the $100 rental fee, a $150 deposit will apply to ONLY those renting the pig box without the services of Amuzae, LLC. (NOTE: this fee will be returned to you if the equipment is returned in the exact manner it was rented).
BROTHERHOOD DINNERS:
Currently, I am involved with a food and wine series with Brotherhood Winery located in Washingtonville, NY. This series involves food and wine pairings. The purpose is to showcase their wines with my own recipes. The goal is to show that when the right food is paired with the right wine, the result is a truly delicious experience. SOONS ORCHARD:
My cooking can also be sampled at Soons Orchard through cooking demonstrations. During the cooking demonstration, I feature a product of the orchard in one of my dishes. Recipe cards are provided and best of all, tastings are free.
REGISTERED DIETITIAN SERVICES:
If menu planning or recipe modification is necessary to accomodate a health or dietary issue, it can be addressed appropriately with the assistance of my wife, a Registered Dietitian. If this service is needed, please contact me.
